Dear bowlers,
Because of resignation and retirements, the number of members in the Discipline Panel nowadays is only six, including myself, which, to a certain extent, is not enough to cope with the ever increasing disputes.
In view of the above, I would like to invite interested bowlers to offer their services to the Discipline Panel. Those who are interested, please send in your reply to HKLBA office at hklba@hklba.org on or before 11 July 2016 for consideration.
