The LBS annual charity event will be held on October 30, 2016 (Sun). The beneficiary of the event this year will be the social enterprise 北河同行.
Our events will be in four sectors including Sales for Charity, Lawn Bowling Games Stalls, Invitation Game and Charity Dinner. These activities shall promote lawn bowling and achieve our fundraising goal at the same shot. All donations from daytime events will go to charity.
The tentative schedule is as following:
1200h onwards – Charity Sale & Games Stalls
1400h -1430h – Kick Off Ceremony & Cheque Presentation
1430h -1830h – Invitation Lawn Bowls Game
1900h -2200h – Charity Dinner & Premier League Prize Presentation
The Invitation Game will be 8-Bowls Mixed Competition of unlimited number of players. For the Charity Dinner in the evening, the price will be $350 per seat for LBS members and $408, $164 & $458 for spouse & dependents above 11, children under 11 and guests respectively. The surplus after deduction of Food & Beverage cost will also go the beneficiary.
